Each process has its own materials and rules. Rules are checked from top to bottom and the first rule whose conditions all match sets the price. The formula gives the price for one part in pounds; the minimum price applies to the whole line. Company details and rules are saved together. All sizes are in millimetres, so Volume/1000 is cm³.
These rates give the actual cost of each build and order under Production > Profit. Material prices come from the lots under Production > Stock.
